Name:
The fellowship is known and called MEN OF PRAISE INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP (MPIF).

Our name is a reflection that we are God’s heritage, the people of His Kingdom, dedicated to show forth His praise.
Our name indicates our global role and unity of purpose.

MPIF Root:
Men of Praise International Fellowship (MPIF) was established by a group of Christian men from various Church denominations. In the inaugural meeting of 19th July 2008, the President Barrister Anthony Okechukwu Okafor declared the name, principles and vision of the fellowship. The meeting held in the city of Effurun -Warri, Delta State of Nigeria and was attended by forty-two men.

MPIF is an interdenominational and non-denominational fellowship for married men, men who have identified and are willing to fulfill their divine purpose as children of God, husbands, fathers and able to play their kingly and priestly roles to the society.

MPIF is a legal entity registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Membership:
MPIF structure is designed to ensure active, disciplined, committed and discipled members. Membership is open to:

Men of all Kindred, Color, Status, Language, People and Nations.
Men who are married.
Men who are determined to fulfil God’s purpose for their life.

To achieve MPIF vision, every member is trained through the following ministries:

Mighty Men: This is the Prayer Ministry of MPIF. The ultimate goal of this ministry is to see men transformed in the place of prayer, do mighty works with the resources of prayer and be constantly connected to heaven through the instrumentality of prayer. Learn More...

In His Presence: This is the praise and worship team of MPIF. The aim is to draw men continually into the presence of the Almighty God in total adoration and thanksgiving. MPIF scope of influence and presences spans the globe. This is in line with our vision and strategy:

To occupy till our Lord Jesus Christ comes.
To reign as kings and function as priests here on Earth.

MPIF organisational structure has the International Governing Council (IGC) at the apex of her leadership ladder. At the base of the ladder is the Chapters’ Executives (CE). The chapter is the grass root fellowship centres, the heart of our training and transformation strategies. To monitor and ensure adequate global administration, in between the IGC and the CE, we have:

Continental Governing Committee (CGC).
National Coordinating Council (NCC).
State/ Provincial Executive Committee (SEC).
Zonal Working Committee (ZWC).
Area Working Committee (AWC)
